Thomas Lintner, FRAeS, ATPL, ATCS, is the Founder, President, and CEO of The Aloft Group, as well as Managing Director of Aloft Aviation Consulting, Ltd., in Dalkey, Ireland. Tom’s 50+ years in aviation includes both government and the private sector, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, air traffic control, flight operations, accident investigation, emergency management, safety, and risk management. Tom is a citizen of Ireland and the United States and the lead instructor for the EUROCONTROL Just Culture Prosecutors Expert course in Brussels examining investigative and legal techniques for members of the European judiciary as well as the pilot and controller community. He retired from the US FAA having served in many roles, including Manager of the Air Traffic Terminal Procedures Branch and the Air Traffic Investigations Division. He provided investigatory support to the US Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Senate and House Aviation subcommittees on sensitive operational issues. He holds licenses as a U.S. Airline Transport Pilot, Flight Instructor, Aircraft Dispatcher, and Air Traffic Controller. He is a member of the International Air and Transportation Safety Bar Association and the International Society of Air Safety Investigators. Terry Eisenbart is the Executive Vice President of The Aloft Group, and is also a co-founder and principal of Aloft Aviation Consulting, Ltd. Terry has over 39 years of leadership experience in the aviation industry, including 24 years with Southwest Airlines as it grew into a dominating U.S. market presence. Her professional experience includes customer engagement, community relations, media relations, and public affairs in the aviation industry. Terry also served on the Albuquerque International Airport Aviation Noise Committee, representing the interest of the airport’s carriers, and represented Southwest Airlines on the New Mexico branch of the Air Transport Association lobbying legislators in the State. Additionally, she has served on the Governor’s Quality New Mexico Advisory Board, Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, Albuquerque Economic Development, and the Wells Fargo Advisory Council.
